G'day. I'm Paul Davey. I was born and bred in Dunedin. I went to OBHS and Otago Uni. I was raised on Speights and Jimmy's Pies.

I have worked around the globe in finance for 30 years. I know a thing or two about interest rates, mortgages, forex, property investing and beer.

I cut my mortgage teeth in NZ at Squirrel Mortgages - the best in the business.

I moved to Queensland in 2022. The realisation that Pineapple Lumps and Jaffas are made in Australia proved to be the tipping point. I live in Coolum Beach. It's always warm and there's bugger all snakes. I have never looked back.
